Joe is renowned for his work as a colorist and his “perfectionist” cutting skills, and he has a very dedicated clientele. In addition, he is a highly-seasoned stylist, educator, and platform artist, and his work has been featured in several industry magazines and publications over the years.

Joe focuses on providing exceptional customer service, the latest styles and services to our clientele, and the finest quality products available. He is the salon's Master Educator. Read more about Joe here.

Lara Nikolaidis Stylist | Bridal Specialist

Lara Nikolaidis

Lara’s love for color began when she attended a training conference at the L’Oreal Institute in Manhattan, NY. That experience inspired her to join the L’Oreal team as an educator and then subsequently take a position as a National Educator with John Paul Mitchell Systems. While receiving extensive training in NYC, Arizona, Las Vegas, Florida and Hawaii, Lara shared her knowledge of color, cutting and long hair styling by teaching other stylists the latest techniques. She also completed her training as a Goldwell Master Colorist and has attended color and cutting trainings at the Keune Academy in Atlanta. Lara’s love for the art of long hair styling has allowed her to enjoy many years of working with brides so that their wedding days needs are exceptionally met. Lara has been trained in Yuko Japanese Straightening as well performing them for 18 years. And is also certified in Cezanne Smoothing Treatments.

“Multi-tasking” is a must for this most important position at our salon. While scheduling appointments, juggling a very hectic salon schedule, managing inventory and tending to clients' needs, our front desk coordinators work closely with the entire team to ensure that all clients have a wonderful experience here. Their dedication to our clients and our staff is exceptional.

Donna Green Owner | Business Manager

A few months after Joe opened the salon, Donna came on board. Her background in administrative business management, marketing, merchandising, and customer service enabled her to take on the company's business side and allow Joe to devote his artistic talents to his clients - and his educational skills to continue developing our creative team.

Donna is inspired by this amazing industry and could not be happier that she chose this path 20+ years ago.

Kayla Rondeau

Soon after Kayla completed her required cosmetology education, she began her career here at Changes Salon, completely committed to continually advancing her professional skills. In addition to our in-house educational sessions, over the past 8 years, she has attended multiple outside trainings, including the Arrojo Academy 2016, Behind the Chair (BTC) Cut, Color & Style 2016, BTC Cut & Color 2015 - New Orleans, BTC Color 2013 - Nashville, Keune's Evolution in Florida 2013, and Toni & Guy Academy in New York City 2012 & 2011. Kay is continually inspired by education and industry icons - and follows their work via media. She loves upstyling, and is a valued member of our bridal team.

Kayla's passion for our industry coupled with her outstanding commitment to ongoing education has resulted in her attracting a devoted clientele. Learning new techniques inspires her in her effort to create the ideal look for each one of her clients. Kayla is also Olaplex certified!
