Joe focuses on providing exceptional customer service, the latest styles and services to our clientele, and the finest quality products available. He is the salon's Master Educator. Soon after Kayla completed her required cosmetology education, she began her career here at Changes Salon, completely committed to continually advancing her professional skills. In addition to our in-house educational sessions, over the past 8 years, she has attended multiple outside trainings, including the Arrojo Academy 2016, Behind the Chair (BTC) Cut, Color & Style 2016, BTC Cut & Color 2015 - New Orleans, BTC Color 2013 - Nashville, Keune's Evolution in Florida 2013, and Toni & Guy Academy in New York City 2012 & 2011. Kay is continually inspired by education and industry icons - and follows their work via media. She loves upstyling, and is a valued member of our bridal team.
Kayla's passion for our industry coupled with her outstanding commitment to ongoing education has resulted in her attracting a devoted clientele. Soon after completing cosmetology school, Olivia began her career at Changes Salon, where she had already been consistently shadowing throughout her education. She earned her cosmetology license straight out of high school in 2022 and has been a dedicated member of the Changes team for over three years. From the beginning of her career, Olivia has been deeply committed to advancing every aspect of her craft through hands-on experience, in-salon education, and a strong desire to continually grow as a stylist.
Olivia is known for providing an incredibly relaxing shampoo experience and delivering beautiful, long-lasting blowouts. She specializes in color services, with a particular passion for gray blending and gray enhancement, fashion colors and vivids, bright, impactful blondes, and natural, lived-in color. Her goal is always to create customized results that enhance each client's individual style and lifestyle. Olivia's love for the industry and for Changes Salon shines through in her work, and her dedication to perfecting her skills has allowed her to build strong connections with her guests. She is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to helping each person feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful! |

A few months after Joe opened the salon, Donna came on board. Her background in administrative business management, marketing, merchandising, and customer service enabled her to take on the company's business side and allow Joe to devote his artistic talents to his clients - and his educational skills to continue developing our creative team.
